Parenting Planning

Mediation Sessions:
A mediation session involves the intervention of a neutral third party (the mediator) to help disputing parties negotiate a mutually acceptable resolution to their conflict. Any agreement reached during mediation can be recorded and made an order of the court.

Parenting Plan:
A parenting plan is a written agreement developed after mediation, detailing the parenting arrangements agreed upon by the parents. This plan is then submitted to the court to be processed as an official court order.
